Irresponsible service centre/service engineer
My Philips shaver model No. S5050 & sl.No.1517 gave for service on 30.6.2018.. Bill No. 3612. Return my shaver after replacing PCB as they said.. Even though same charging problem continues I used it and again i approached MAHA LAKSHMI SERVICE CENTER situated at Himayat Nagar, on 22.12.2018 till time no service Engineer available at centre while asking the same employees telling waved stories.. Replaced PCB is under one warranty.. Rs 1550/- collected for the same.. i hope Philips India should take necessary action to protect their Brand Image.. WORST RESPONSE FROM SERVICE PEOPLE... I'm submitting this with anger and pain..
