Eicher - Pro 2059XP Service issue - TN37 EY 4429
Kindly note we had purchased Eicher vehicle model “Eicher Pro 2059XP” during the month of March 2022 and the vehicle documents were handed over to us during April 2022. We had given for service 10/06/2023 morning at 11.00 am, after that we have received a call from your service team Mr. Dinesh (+91-7373067300) saying that the fuel injector 2 No’s should be replaced and the same was replaced accordingly. Again on 14/06/2023 your Mr. Dinesh called up and said there is no issue with the fuel injector after replacing the same. On the next day 16/06/2023 Mr. Dinesh has sent a quotation for Engine wiring harness replacement. Which he says is not covered under warranty. We had discussed this issue with Mr. Tilak who says he will discuss with his service team and replace the wiring harness without any charges and will share the details as how this failure has happened, after this Mr. Tilak has not at all updating us the vehicle till today. We have already lost 10day due to your poor service and customer response we have loosed 2 lakes for 10day due to this poor customer service from your end. Kindly let us know who the responsible person is to take care of our vehicle service, kindly treat matter most urgent and awaiting your immediate reply.
