   Worst service person,Mr.Jeyakumar,he is not explained properly about the time validity of my exchange TV offer .he had lack of communication skill to explain the seriousness of time validity of exchange TV offer,it made me irritation about clarity sony service center,another thing I myself only tried through toll free number and update my Tv service status,worst service center and worst employees ,they won’t pick up our call,but if we go in person they speak all kind of rules,as a long time Sony customer I disappointed and irritated lot this time because of this service center,kindly take necessary action about this issue,I purchased Tv worth rupees 3.5 lakhs 5 yrs back,if we come for service these peoples arrogance and worst customer relationship made us irritation towards Sony Tv sector,worst service,rating 0,i am a busy neurologist,these people not only spoil my time and patience,and cheating us by not giving proper solution,very lethargic attitude,we are not fools to continue Sony purchase if you are not taken proper action about this issue
