Poor Response and Service
Service Request: 2209084795/02. Bought 1 HP SP mini champ pump in May 2022 from Amazon after reading reviews but gone faulty in just 3 month. Service center in gurgaon 'Atz global' contacted and their engineer 'Ravi' inspected pump after 24 hrs . He said , no warranty as water inside pump , though pump was installed under shed and many other pump also under same shed. they refused to replace ore repair pump though under warranty. Now going to escalate to CG mgmt and amazon. Very poor experience. One unhappy customer will convince 10,000 more customer NOT to buy crompton pump ever , if pump not replaced after this escalation.
