Requesting for RedMi Note 11 replacement

Dear Team, After purchase of 8 days my brand new MI phone got shout down and i didn't get started again. Went to Vellore MI service store and they request me write a mail to [email protected]. I have written mail on last Saturday(22-Oct-22) and sent 5 follow up mails, i have not received a single acknowledgement for them. Requesting to take a action against my query. Thanks, Arunkumar.G
